A guarantee to give you the assurance to pay for our services

 
For some paying up front will seem like a leap of faith, but there are reasonable and sound reasons for doing so. I also understand there are many circumstances in which a contract may need to be cancelled.
 
In the event that you have paid for the services but do not wish to continue, before work has commenced, I can offer a 95% refund.
 
In the event that you do not wish to continue with the service during the first design stage, I can offer a 75% refund as follows:
 

  • If you wish to terminate the service at any point during the initial design stage – that is; up until the point of choosing to develop a chosen design, please let me know by email.
  • I will contact you to get feedback on the designs and the service before the refund can be issued.
  • Once I move on to developing a design, I offer no refunds.
  • All artwork and images sent to clients, remains the intellectual property of Design Elements until such time as Design Elements has sent official notification of transfer of rights.
  • Any infringement of Design Elements’s copyright will be actively pursued through legal channels.
